Papa John’s Pizza is hiring in Minneapolis for entry-level team members who are passionate about pizza, quality, and guest service. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities to learn every step of the process, from food prep to cashier duties.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions, a training program, and a supportive team that prioritizes growth. Flexibility with schedules is available to fit your life while delivering great pizza and service.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability required.
• Prior leadership or training experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Positive, can-do attitude and customer-first service.
• Opening/Closing restaurant operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations: inventory and cash handling with POS and shift reports.
• Prepare products and ensure Papa John’s quality standards.
• Take orders, answer phones, and act as cashier when needed.
• Maintain inventory and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety and security standards; open/close shifts.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Positive, Can-do attitude
• Opening/Closing restaurant
• Manage day-to-day operations: Inventory and cash management with POS and shift reports.
• Product Making/Quality Control: Deliver quality products and services to our customers (and make sure they meet Papa John’s standards).
• Take orders- Answer phones occasionally and be a cashier when needed
• Help manage adequate inventory
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe and organized.
• Follow safety and security standards.
• Responsible to Open or Close the shift
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Must have open availability.
• Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Must have a Can-do attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Dependable and On Time
