Job summary

Papa Johns Franchise in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated restaurant operations leader to ensure proper staffing, staff development, and operational excellence. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales through quality standards and local promotions.

The successful candidate will manage labor costs, implement cost controls, and foster a positive, high-energy environment where team members are encouraged to grow and customers feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)

Total Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)

Summary

Work hours 45+ weekly

Requirements
