Job summary

Papa Johns franchise in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking an operations-focused leader to ensure the restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats. You will train and develop teams, drive sales through operational excellence, and maintain world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include controlling COGS and labor costs while reaching regional financial objectives, and fostering a positive environment that keeps both staff and customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service certification preferred.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Total Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)
