Job summary

Papa Johns Casper location is seeking a hospitality-focused restaurant manager to lead daily operations and ensure the right people are in the right seats. You will train staff, drive sales, and uphold top-quality product and customer service.

The role emphasizes cost control and team engagement, with a focus on a high-energy, guest-centric environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Proof of insurance preferred.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.

Job description

Total Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)

Summary:

Work hours 45+ weekly

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats

Trains and develops high performing team members and managers

Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including excellent product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.

Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.

Fosters an environment to keep team members & customers coming back!

Requirements

Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance

Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)
