Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Casper, Wyoming. This role involves driving operational excellence and building a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for achieving company financial objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a valid Drivers License, and prior restaurant experience is preferred. A solid benefits package, including health insurance and a flexible schedule, is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification is preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Open availability, including Weekends and Holidays.

Total Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)

Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats
• Trains and develops high performing team members and managers
• Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including excellent product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.
• Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.
• Fosters an environment to keep team members customers coming back!

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)
