Anthony’s Beach Cafe in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Part Time Pantry team member to maintain organized storage, rotate inventory, and support daily food preparation. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely restocking in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming food and supply deliveries.
• Organize pantry shelves and storage areas to maximize space and access.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with purchasing or kitchen staff to reorder supplies.
• Ensure FIFO rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pantry area.
• Assist kitchen staff by preparing and portioning pantry items as required.
• Document inventory usage and discrepancies for audits.
