Cugini INC in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Pantry position to join our kitchen team. You will prepare cold dishes, salads, and pantry items to menu specifications and support line cooks in a fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are central.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and reliable scheduling with a 4pm-close shift; weekdays and weekends availability required. FoodHandler/ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.
• Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to have all weekdays and weekends available.
