Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our dynamic team in an engaging, food-focused environment. You will help prepare salads and desserts at the pantry station, support the line check process, and complete prep sheets each shift while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safe handling.

Qualifications

One to three months related experience or training.
Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare salads and desserts in a timely manner to support the pantry station.
Assist with line check processes and complete prep par sheets each shift.
Open/close pantry station and perform side work duties as assigned.
Maintain proper temperatures of equipment and ensure overall station cleanliness.
