Qualifications

• Experience in pantry or line prep helps; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Pantry station with high standards of food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare salads and desserts in a timely manner.
• Support line check process and complete prep sheets each shift.
• Handle cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment safely.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties; follow opening procedures.
