California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will prepare salads and desserts, support the line, and help maintain clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced dining room setting.

You’ll follow California Pizza Kitchen's standards for food quality, sanitation, and consistency, with emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction. No prior experience beyond a few months is required—training provided.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation and pantry station upkeep.
• Ensure timely preparation of all salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Open/close pantry station and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
