California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pantry Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused dining environment. You will help maintain food quality, sanitation, and station readiness while preparing salads and desserts and supporting the service line with prep work.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation and station maintenance.
• Ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the Pantry station and practice safe/sanitary handling of boards, surfaces, knives and equipment.
• Open/close the pantry station and perform side work duties each shift.
