Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, and prep at Pantry station
• Prepare salads and desserts and support line check process
• Complete prep par sheets each shift and handle opening/closing duties
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment
