Qualifications

• Read recipes and follow instructions, measurements, etc.
• Keen eye for plating and presentation.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate cold food items with precision.
• Handle salads, raw bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in dining, kitchen, and bar areas.
• Mark, date, and rotate all products; maintain production and cleaning schedules.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, efficient service to team and guests.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
