Buck & Rider in Phoenix is seeking Prep Cooks to join our elite culinary team. You’ll assist chefs by preparing ingredients with precision, follow recipes, and support a high-volume kitchen to ensure flawless service.

No experience required—we’ll train the right attitude. Expect strong knife skills, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift 50lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and dining discounts await.

• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude
• Strong knife skills and a passion for learning classic prep techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements

Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc. Keen eye for plating and presentation. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation. Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs.
