The Pantry Attendant role atFour Seasons in Manhattan serves guests by preparing breakfast pantry items, completing mise en place, and coordinating with the pastry team to ensure quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the pantry station for breakfast.
• Prepare items as required by the guest order for breakfast and lunch.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Communicate with the Sous Chefs, In‑Room Dining Managers and pastry team regarding menu-related items.
• Complete requisitions, obtain proper signatures, and submit to the In‑Room Dining managers.
• Store items properly, check expiration dates, following first in/out and Department of Health regulations.
• Complete side work for the following day.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.

About The Role

The Pantry Attendant serves guests’ needs by assisting with guest orders (toast, bread, pastries, and lunch bread service).
