Job summary

Arcadia Family of Companies in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a Pantry worker to prepare salads, appetizers, sandwiches and other cold dishes, supporting resident meals.

Full-time schedule 4:30 am to 12:30 pm, weekend/holiday openness; pay range $18.18-$22.00 hourly; benefits include healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares salads, appetizers, sandwiches and other cold dishes.
• Carves and slices meats and cheese.
• Makes sandwiches to order.
• Prepares salad dressings, cocktail sauces, breakfast fruit and cold desserts.
• Portions and arranges food, sauces and dressings.
• Assists in the planning of special meal functions for special events.
• Prepares therapeutic meals for special diets and special resident requests.
• Maintains assigned work station, supplies and equipment in a safe and sanitary condition, and ensures all infection control policies and procedures are met.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Arcadia Family of Companies (AFC).

What You’ll Do

Prepare salads, appetizers, sandwiches and other cold dishes.

Location: 15 Craigside (Nu'uanu)

Shifts Available

• Full-Time (Work 35 to 40 hours per week): 4:30 am - 12:30 pm, open availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay range: $18.18 - $22.00

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, includes, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
