Job summary

Randstad USA in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking a dependable Master Coater to apply chocolate to nuts, fruits and centers, while maintaining quality and throughput in a fast-paced production line.

You will operate coating equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, ensure product safety and proper sanitation, and pack finished goods promptly. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail.

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated team member to coat our iconic treats in rich Sanders chocolate while keeping quality and throughput high. What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Master Coater: Apply rich chocolate to various nuts, fruits, and candy centers according to exact bill-of-materials (BOM) specifications.
• Pack & Case: Carefully case finished products immediately after chocolate coating to preserve freshness and quality.
• Guard Food Safety: Maintain high throughput while staying vigilant for any raw materials or work-in-progress products that don't meet our strict standards.
• Operate & Troubleshoot: Master the operation of coating machinery and troubleshoot minor equipment issues on the spot to keep production moving smoothly.
• Keep It Sparkling: Safely use required cleaning chemicals to sanitize rotating coating pans, worktables, and production equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: An excellent history of safety, attendance, and punctuality.
• Independent & Sharp: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work unsupervised and under pressure with basic math and writing skills.
• Physical Readiness: Comfort standing and walking for the entire shift, handling repetitive hands-on work, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Safety First: Solid knowledge of proper cleaning chemical protocols and a commitment to food safety.
