PANINI KABOB GRILL in Irvine, CA is hiring for multiple frontline roles in a fun, fast-paced environment. The position pays $16.90/hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling for full- and part-time shifts.

Openings range from Level 1 Host/Curbside to Level 3 Cashier/Server, including greetings, seating, bagging, serving, and POS tasks. Candidates should have at least 6 months in a restaurant, be able to lift to 50 lbs, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage seating and waitlists.
• Assist guests and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Process orders and handle POS payments; assist in cashiering.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and provide excellent guest service.

Level 1 Host/Curbside Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge, PKG Rewards

Level 2 Expo/Runner Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging & Serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locating Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones

Level 3 Cashier/Server Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Prices Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables.
