Job summary

PANINI KABOB GRILL in California is hiring for Level 1 Host/Curbside, Level 2 Expo/Runner, and Level 3 Cashier/Server roles. The team greets guests, manages seating, and keeps the dining area clean while delivering friendly service.

Starting wage is $16.90 per hour plus tips, with flexible full- or part-time scheduling. Benefits unlock at 30 hours, and the company promotes from within; employee meals are provided, and teamwork is essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 responsibilities: host/curbside duties, seating, 3-step cleaning, bathroom checks.
• Level 2 responsibilities: expo/runner duties, monitor food quality, bagging and serving orders.
• Level 3 responsibilities: cashier/server duties, guest service, POS orders, phone orders.
