Job summary

PANINI KABOB GRILL is hiring for multiple front-of-house roles in California. Positions include Host/Curbside, Expo/Runner, and Cashier/Server with opening/closing duties, greetings, seating, and order handling.

Earn $16.90/hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling for full- and part-time hours, plus benefits at 30 hours and opportunities for growth. Candidates should have up to 6 months restaurant experience, strong guest relations, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: Host/Curbside, seating, greetings & farewells, 3-step cleaning, bathroom checks, monitor dining room cleanliness, basic menu knowledge, PKG rewards.
• Level 2: Expo/Runner, monitor food quality, bagging & serving orders, knowledge of full menu, keep dining area clean, locate items for guests, handle phones.
• Level 3: Cashier/Server, provide excellent guest service, serve food/drinks, POS order taking, take phone orders, bussing tables.
