Job summary

American Technical Services, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Wiring Electrical Assembler to build panels, wire harnesses and controls for large machinery. You will read schematics and blueprints, assemble enclosures, bend conduit, solder and wire 12V/24V/48V systems, with some 96V.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams and blueprints.
• 3-5 years of industrial wiring experience and 1-2 years in machine building/equipment assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panels, wiring, and control systems for large machinery.
• Install motors, controls, and test machinery.
• Read drawings; bend conduit; perform soldering and micro-welding as required.
• Open table and shop floor assembly; participate in wiring and testing tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine wiring electrical assembler-Panel Wirer /

Electrician / Machine Builder / Electrical Assembler 1st shift permanent

opening-Successful Manufacturer Panels, controllers, servos and machine

building for large machinery and industrial power systems. Electrical

assembly using schematics and blueprints. Assemble and build panels,

bend conduit, wiring, solder. 12V, 24V, 48V some 96V systems Point to

point wiring, panels, install motors, controls and operate/test

machinery. Open table and shop floor assembly including lifting, wiring,

reading drawings, testing, medium voltages. 1st shift
