Job summary

Hartfiel Automation is seeking a Panel Wirer in Eden Prairie, MN, to assemble and wire control panels and enclosures using electrical and mechanical skills. The role involves building from job folders, performing tests, and collaborating with the sales team to develop new products.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of electrical assembly/wiring experience; a degree in Electronics, Fluid Power, or Robotics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build products following Hartfiel Automation job folders, including control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, pulling and reading orders, labeling, and testing finished products.
• Put point-to-point wiring skills to work on industrial-scale panels.
• Run final tests on completed assemblies to ensure proper operation.
• Team up with sales to help develop new products.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Use shop tools safely and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Follow Hartfiel Automation's quality processes to deliver consistent results.
• Uphold the company's mission, values, and vision daily.
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed. No two days are exactly the same!

Salary Range: $23.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Mission of the Role

As a Panel Wirer, you'll bring electrical and mechanical assemblies to life, using your wiring skills and a working knowledge of Industrial Automation to build control panels and enclosures our customers count on. If you've got panel building experience, even better!

Education/Experience

A high school diploma or GED and two years or more of hands-on electrical assembly or wiring experience is what we're looking for. A degree in Electronics, Fluid Power, or Robotics is a bonus but not required!

• Build products following Hartfiel Automation job folders. This can include control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, pulling and reading orders, labeling, and testing finished products.
• Put your point-to-point wiring skills to work on industrial-scale panels.
