Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Paneling Production Assembler in Culpeper, VA to build and assemble panels in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will assemble components to form trusses and panels, requiring attention to measurement and quality standards.

The role offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour with overtime potential. Work hours are Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with overtime Fridays as needed. Requires reliability and ability to pass background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a measuring tape.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment inside production plant.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assembles various pieces to produce truss.
• Stack and sort trusses maintaining order.
• Bands and marks panels to maintain organization.
• Visually inspect panels and trusses for quality.
• Lift and stack assembled trusses or panels with equipment.
