Job summary

KELE is seeking a Senior Supervisor for the Panel Shop in Memphis, TN. This role provides technical and operational leadership for panel manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

The successful candidate will lead technicians, enforce procedures, and drive continuous improvement across the shop. The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in panel manufacturing, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in control panel manufacturing or similar environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with automated wire processing systems and/or CNC enclosure modification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of the production schedule for panel shop operations.
• Supervise panel technicians and oversee safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, panel shop procedures, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, scrap, and cycle times.
• Maintain labor productivity, machine utilization, and first-pass yield.
• Prepare for internal, customer, and UL audits and maintain documentation.
