Qualifications

• Full-time or internship experience in market research or recruitment with experience of successfully managing projects.
• Superior communication skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting.
• Experience with different cultures, domestically or abroad.
• Effective relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking and priority management.
• Familiar with the software tools listed above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment projects for interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Identify potential experts for panels through online research.
• Outreach to panelists via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Maintain CRM and recruitment outreach database.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with internal teams.
