Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a VP of Panel Management in the Washington, DC area to lead the strategy, health, and operational excellence of our global quantitative panels. You will oversee recruitment, engagement, retention, and data quality across the US and globally, ensuring a gold-standard respondent pool for complex research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale global panels.
• Deep experience with panel management software (Cint, Forsta/Confirmit, Qualtrics) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Global fluency: experience managing panels across international markets.
• Strong grasp of statistical sampling methods, weighting, and data cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic global leadership: influence and develop a 3-year roadmap for global panel expansion.
• Budget & P&L ownership: manage budgets, optimize recruitment costs and panel lifetime value.
• Commercial support: advise clients on feasibility, sampling methodology, and panel capabilities for large bids.
• Sampling & fielding: optimize automated sampling protocols to ensure representative delivery and reduce panel fatigue.
• Process standardization: standardize workflows across regional teams for data quality and delivery speed.
• Fraud mitigation: implement advanced fraud detection and behavioral analysis.
• Data privacy: ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and ESOMAR/CASRO standards.
• Engagement & retention: design incentive structures and improve panelist UX.
