Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant, steady work history; manufacturing a plus.
• Good basic math skills.
• Able to speak/read/write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials from cold storage and acclimate per specification.
• Cut materials to size per work order.
• Lay up panels into construction per work order.
• Operate platen press at correct temperature per work order.
• Run burp cycle to remove volatiles.
• Record press processing information for traceability.
• Trim panels on CNC to work order dimensions.
• Palletize panels for shipping.
• Maintain storage conditions for temperature sensitive materials.
• Participate in operational improvement activities.
• Willing to cross-train or transfer to other departments.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends.
