Job summary

Opti Staffing is hiring a Panel Fabrication Technician for a Hubbard, OR facility. You will fabricate custom exterior and architectural panels, operate CNC machinery, and perform precision cuts and measurements to meet exact specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and quality in a climate-controlled environment, with a four‑shift 10‑hour schedule (Mon–Thu) and the potential for overtime and benefits after probation. Experience in cabinetry or carpentry is preferred.

• Experience reading a tape measure with high accuracy

• CNC equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Fabricate panels according to specifications and measurements
• Operate CNC machinery and CNC cutting table
• Cut and form V-grooves and perform precision cuts
• Use rivet guns, chop saws, power tools, and hand tools
• Work with extrusions and cut clips to specified dimensions
• Work with adhesive materials and other panel components
• Peel protective plastic from finished materials
• Wrap, foam-pack, stack, and prepare completed panels for shipment
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise measurements
• Complete repetitive, labor-intensive fabrication tasks while maintaining quality
• Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Follow production procedures without rushing or sacrificing quality
