Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator. The CNC operator produces a variety of sheet metal parts, sets up and aligns parts per shop prints, and works solo or with a small team to fabricate metal buildings and enclosures.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting materials, programming the CNC machine, and ensuring tolerances. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of CNC experience required.
• Two plus years of forklift operating experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Ability to read a tape measure and prints

Responsabilités

• Consult blueprints, work orders, and schematics to safely construct a specified structure.
• Selects appropriate material for each job based on strength requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials and equipment, set up and calibrate accessories, and program the CNC machine.
• Cuts, bends, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Measures and verifies conformance to specifications using measuring tools.
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes and shears.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and records project details.
• Notify lead person when product is ready for inspection.
• Develops and maintains records for projects and repairs
