Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to produce sheet metal parts and assemble metal enclosures. You will set up, align parts, and program CNC equipment, working solo or in a small team to deliver precision components.

The role requires CNC experience and forklift operation, with hands-on use of basic tools; strong attention to detail and safety are essential. Panelmatic offers competitive wages and a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of CNC experience required.
• Two plus years of forklift operating experience required.
• Two plus years of use of basic tools required.
• Two plus years of experience in shear, brake press, turret punch, band saw, grinder, ratchet straps, and other hand tools required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult blueprints, work orders, and schematics to safely construct structures; develop additional sketches if needed.
• Load and unload materials; set up and calibrate accessories; program the CNC machine.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Measure and verify conformance to specifications with measuring tools.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines such as brakes and shears.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Coordinate shutdowns and startups of equipment.
