Job Description
The Panel Assembler builds electrical control panels for automated sorting equipment by following wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. This role involves precise electrical and mechanical assembly, use of hand and power tools, and participation in testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable, high-performing control panels.

You will work in a shop that builds robotic sorters for the recycling industry, focusing on automated sorting machines that separate recyclable materials. The primary shop environment is clean and temperature controlled, providing a comfortable and organized setting for electrical and mechanical assembly work. The standard schedule is a first-shift, four-day workweek from Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some work may involve exposure to customer sites in the recycling industry, where the environment can be messy due to handling and processing of recyclable materials.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
