Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Mineola, TX is seeking a reliable Panel Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels for manufacturing equipment. This full-time role on the 1st shift runs Monday–Friday with some Saturdays and hours 6:00 AM–5:00 PM; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in panel or electrical assembly, strong wiring skills, and the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years previous panel assembly, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with wiring and diagnostic experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Proven work history with at least 2 years of tenure at previous employer(s).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and schematics
• Install electrical components including relays, terminal blocks, switches, and breakers
• Route and connect wiring neatly and accurately
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of completed panels
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Complete assigned production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
