Albert Group in Schererville, IN is seeking a Pandora Sales Associate to welcome customers, drive sales, and maintain an engaging jewelry display. You will learn Pandora sales techniques, process transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience through knowledge of promotions and policies.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, and strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to stand, lift up to 30

Essential Functions:

• Meets individual and company sales goals.
• Utilizes PANDORA sales techniques consistently and communicates product knowledge to the customer.
• Performs various sales and register transactions.
• Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels.
• Learns policies regarding payment and exchanges, customer service, security practices, and other applicable operations.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Maintains pricing and marketing standards.
• Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clientelling.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including setting planograms, zone maintenance, and cleaning standard.
• Other duties as assigned/required by management team.
• Will be crossed train in Customer Service.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years retail experience (Jewelry Sales preferred)
