Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years retail experience (Jewelry Sales preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Performs various sales and register transactions.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels.

• Builds and maintains a customer following through clientelling.
• Supports visual directives including planograms and zone maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
