Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Gurnee, IL to deliver a world-class brand experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge that inspires loyalty.

Shifts cover peak hours—nights, weekends and holidays—with a schedule that ranges from a few hours per month up to about 12 hours per week. You may need to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds. Pay in Illinois is $15.00–$17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

About the Team:

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-classexperience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when itmatters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving avoice to people’s loves. *Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of theapplication.*

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions orproduct launches.

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
