Cellone’s Italian Bread Co. in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring for a Pan Bench role in our busy bakery. You’ll be responsible for dough scaling into pans, proper setup of pan dividers, and ensuring GMPs and safety rules are followed.

We offer shifts including day, night and early morning, competitive hourly pay starting at 17.10 USD with raises, medical and other benefits; must pass drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instruments and gauge settings.
• Ability to visually assess for imperfections and quality issues and determine the source.
• Proficiency in English communication to follow safety and operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate pan dividers to scale dough per product specs.
• Set up guides for production and ensure proper dough handling.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production flow issues quickly.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMPs and safety rules.
