Cellone’s bakes fresh Italian breads and rolls at our 110,000 sq ft commercial bakery in Pittsburgh, PA. The same family that operates the business today founded Cellone’s in 1911.
Must be able to pass a drug test. If you have a medical marijuana card you will need to bring it. We also run background checks.
The Pan Bench is responsible for ensuring proper dough scaling into pans prior to final proofing. This position is responsible for successful operation of the peel board reciprocator. The Pan Bench must understand and follow all applicable regulations (GMP’s, quality systems, etc.) and standard operating procedures for this position.
Proficiency in English communication to follow safety and operational instructions, plus basic math proficiency.
Cellone’s is a Good Manufacturing Practices certified facility. All employees will be trained on GMPs and food safety rules.
Have a preference for time of day? We are hiring for nightshift, daytime and early morning shift.
