Qualifications

• Operates standard kitchen equipment (fryer, oven, mixer, blender, scale, knife).
• Reads and executes recipes, scales production to yield correct quantities.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in all work areas.
• Communicates effectively with staff and guests in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, fresh pastry products for guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare hot and cold foods per recipes and portioning requirements.
• Collaborate with team on preparation, service, and delivery of products.
• Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment as needed.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Observe and taste foods to ensure proper cooking.
• Portion and garnish plates for delivery to guests.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
