Job summary

LAKE is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers through the shopping experience, answer questions, close sales, and build lasting relationships. You will also manage stock and merchandise in line with our luxury brand standards.

The role requires a year of retail experience, weekend availability, and a passion for helping others. You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain visual standards and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-touch service, offering styling advice, listening to client needs, and tailoring recommendations to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product offerings, including collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and key selling points.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Assist Store Manager and Leads in maintaining the visual presentation of the store per brand guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift cards.
• Collaborate with fellow sales associates and management to uphold LAKE’s culture and contribute to team goals.
• Share product knowledge with colleagues to support team development.
• Participate in store events or client-related events to represent the brand and strengthen client relationships.
• Continuously improve personal sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the luxury experience.
