Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Chapter Director to build the Fort Lauderdale, FL community. This independent, commission-based role focuses on developing member relationships, inviting leaders, and creating events that members look forward to.

You'll report to the Chapter President, drive 4+ new members per month, nurture connections, and represent CEO Life at local events. This is an opportunity to become a founding leader in a growing chapter and to build recurring income by bringing in members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in relationship-driven roles (BD, sales, events, or entrepreneurship).
• Must live in Fort Lauderdale, FL area.
• Strong existing network in Fort Lauderdale business community or ability to build one quickly.
• Ability to connect people and create value through introductions.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local leaders and invite qualified members.
• Work with Chapter President to target 4+ new members per month with clear accountability.
• Bring in new members through network, referrals, events, and local business relationships.
• Welcome new members and make introductions to keep them engaged and connected.
• Host and drive attendance to Fort Lauderdale events and invite guests who strengthen the community.
• Collaborate with Chapter President on event ideas, venues, and member experiences.
• Represent CEO Life at events and in the market as a visible local ambassador.
• Use CEO Life's CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipeline and follow-ups.
