Job summary

CEO Life in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Chapter Director to help build our local community of CEOs, founders, and senior executives. You’ll report to the Chapter President and develop new member relationships, inviting qualified leaders into the community.

Your focus will be hosting events, driving monthly member growth, and making newcomers feel welcomed and connected. You’ll use CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipeline and coordinate with the Chapter President.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a relationship-driven role (business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, or entrepreneurship).
• Must live in Palm Beach, FL area.
• Strong existing network in Palm Beach business community is valuable, with ability to build authentic relationships quickly.
• Relationship-based sales skills and the confidence to ask for business without being transactional.
• Warm, engaging presence that makes people feel welcome, known, and connected.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives in Palm Beach and invite the right leaders into the community.
• Work with Chapter President and fellow Directors to achieve 4+ new members per month with clear accountability.
• Bring in new members through your network, referrals, events, and local business relationships.
• Welcome new members and make valuable introductions to keep them engaged.
• Host and drive attendance to CEO Life’s monthly Palm Beach events and coordinate with venues and experiences.
