Paradigm Health in Indiana is seeking a full-time Palliative Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families in a local territory. The Monday–Friday schedule offers 40 hours per week, a consistent routine, strong benefits, and mileage reimbursement.

Competenze

• Licensed N.P. in State of Indiana.
• 1 year of NP expereience strongly preferred
• Proof of current classroom CPR
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance

Mansioni

• Provide medical support and coordination to palliative care patients and family members
• Complete history and physical examinations, by evaluating the patient's medical condition and health history
• Manage acute/chronic health conditions and terminal illnesses by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing medications and treatments, obtaining consultations or making referrals
• Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilize appropriate pain management techniques. Educate patient and family regarding pain management
• Efficiently signs orders and scripts for medications for palliative patients
• Participates with provider on-call rotation
