Qualifications

• Doctor of Osteopathy must be licensed and board eligible.
• DEA license (State and Federal) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to approved protocol and standards.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and family members.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate referrals to promote quality care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and adherence to policies.
