Central Coast VNA & Hospice is seeking a Palliative Licensed Vocational Nurse in Monterey, CA. The LVN will work under the physician and RN Case Manager to deliver individualized care and promote patient comfort.

Responsibilities include assessing status, reporting changes, administering medications, and coordinating supplies. Active CA LVN license and CPR are required; home health/hospice experience preferred.

Competenze

• Active California LVN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year LVN experience; home health/hospice preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver individualized care under physician and RN Case Manager guidance.
• Assist with treatment plans and promote patient comfort and quality of life.
• Assess and monitor patient status, report changes to care team.
