Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work and an applicable state license (LCSW) or eligibility within 1 year; preference for experience in palliative care or hospice.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• State licensure required or eligible to obtain (LCSW) within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities
