Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Physician to join our expanding program in southern New Jersey. This 100% clinical role provides patient-centered care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings within a strong multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Medicine with fellowship training OR 2+ years of experience in the HPM field.
- Team-oriented physician with ability to manage emotionally challenging situations and provide personalized patient and family support.
- Must hold or be eligible for a current NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% clinical care in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive pain and symptom management.
- Contribute to program development, best practices, and teaching within the system.
