Health Here seeks a Fellowship-trained Palliative Medicine Physician to provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal care coordination for individuals with serious illness. The role focuses on support in outpatient clinics and collaboration with community partners.

The physician will deliver palliative care services, contribute to inpatient consultations, and participate in teaching, mentorship, and research initiatives within the department.

Formación

• Fellowship training in palliative medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment for complex serious-illness care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest or experience in teaching/mentoring, research and service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outpatient palliative care consultations.

Qualifications & Skills

Fellowship training in palliative medicine; strong clinical judgment and communication skills for complex serious illness care; experience or interest in teaching/mentoring, research, and service.
