Experienced Palliative Medicine physician needed to help develop a new service line within a multidisciplinary setting. Ideal candidate will be fellowship trained or have equivalent experience. Responsibilities involve providing palliative medicine consultation services & care to patients in both the acute care/hospital setting and the outpatient arena.

• Fellowship in Palliative Medicine or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide consultations in both acute hospital and outpatient settings.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

• Assist in care planning and family discussions for seriously ill patients.
