Responsibilities

• Provide palliative care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, social workers and nurses.
• Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Advanced practitioners
• Licensed clinical social workers
• Registered nurses
• 3 ACGME fellows per year
