Trinity Health's Mount Carmel team is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN- NP) to manage care for palliative and cancer patients. You will see patients in clinic and round on Mount Carmel Hospitals under a day shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with occasional Saturdays, and potential 4x10 shifts.
Required Masters in Science/Nursing or specialty, Ohio RN license, APN certification, BLS, and a DEA license or eligibility. 2-3 years APP experience in Palliative Care preferred.

This APRN will manage the care of palliative, cancer patients. They will see patients in clinic and round on patients in the Mount Carmel Hospitals.
The primary shift will be Day, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with an occasional Saturday shift.
